A holistic approach to feeling your best
Here’s what you get in one-on-one coaching and what our time together would look like.
Over the course of 3 months, I will take you through my holistic step-by-step framework that will take you from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to aligned and energised. This framework covers all the key areas an HSP needs to thrive, while still allowing for enough flexibility for you to meet your individual needs and goals.
Step 1
Inner Understanding: Our coaching work will begin by looking at your life vision, your core values, your highly sensitive needs, and your goals for this programme.
Step 2
Regulation & Resilience: Following on from that, you will learn key nervous system regulation tools (because you can’t be a high-functioning HSP with a dysregulated nervous system!), as well as how to optimise your diet to support your sensitive needs and give you consistent energy. Depending on your personal goals, we may focus on certain areas more than others so that you walk away with exactly what you need and want.
Step 3
Busting Through Blocks: The bulk of our coaching will centre around busting through those mental, physical and lifestyle-related blocks that are standing in the way of you achieving your goals. This is where we take aligned action.
